Handyman Repairs

Scope of Work Includes: * Complete paint touch-ups around the stove. * Replace interior light bulbs throughout the property. * Repair and repaint affected wall areas. * Organize closet and basement wiring. * Patch drywall and repair wall finishes. * Patch all wall areas where curtain rods were previously removed. * Repair the backyard sliding door. * Install missing baseboards on the basement stairs. * Reattach bathroom sink cabinet door. * Install toilet paper holder. * Clean wall markings and complete paint touch-ups. * Install new toilet seats (upon client approval). * Remove debris from the window wells. * Repair damaged wall areas in the basement. * Replace HVAC filter. * Refill water softener salt. * Remove the deteriorated backyard garden structure. * Install the bathroom exhaust fan in the primary bathroom (owner-supplied). * Reattach the exterior downspout located on the northeast corner of the property. * Test both showers following the owner’s operating instructions to verify proper functionality. * Perform a final walkthrough to verify completion of all quoted repairs. ⸻ Materials Materials are not included in this estimate. Any materials required to complete the repairs will be identified during the course of the work and submitted for client approval prior to purchase. Whenever suitable and approved, Back to Market will utilize any existing materials available at the property to help minimize project costs. ⸻ Note The showers will be tested using the operating instructions provided by the owner. This estimate includes basic handyman-level troubleshooting and minor adjustments only. If an issue is determined to require specialized plumbing repairs or the services of a licensed plumber, Back to Market will notify the client before any additional work is performed. Plumbing repairs are not included in this estimate and will require a separate proposal.
